Location near to Tivoli Gardens. Our room had a sunny balcony. Easy walk to Forum metro stop, some 15 minutes walk.

The location is great - just a few minutes from the Rathausplatz and directly in front of a S-Bahn station. . The breakfast was rich - there was a various food selection for everyone.

The room was clean and simple, but beautifully furnished. The bed was comfortable and the room for a city trip was completely sufficient. The location was very good, about 5-10 minutes walk to the main station. The staff was friendly, whereby I had only short contact to the check in and out. I can't judge the food because I didn't book it.

Central location within walking distance to the train station. Kettle in the room. Heating had to be regulated, we had to open windows.
The whole place looked neglected. It's in an urgent need for renovation.

The situation is A1. The price-performance ratio too.
The suggestion to eat Italian at the neighbouring restaurant was not in order. L'Appetito next to the hotel is clearly more expensive than almost all other restaurants in the wide surroundings. One should not talk foreigners into such an expensive restaurant.

Convenient location.
I was disappointed in my stay and would not stay here again. I booked a double adult room and was given a room with two tiny twin beds. I asked for a change, confirmation in hand, and they told me there were nothing I could do. Everything looked clean but the bathroom smelled like sewage. The amenities were sparse.

Proximity to the city.
The only worthwhile aspect of this hotel is its proximity and walk-ability to the city. The room was dark, dingy and the so called "mattress" was a 3" foam mat! No space to unpack and store belongings. Bathroom very basic and shower was part of the bathroom with a shower curtain and thus water all over. Not even a face cloth was provided with which to wash with. Entrance upon walking in not inviting at all. Very dull. When asking at front desk for particulars to visit we were told that she didn't know as she was not from the area! All in all, for what we paid for it, there was no value and it left us very disappointed at the outset of our vacation. Certainly wouldn't recommend it. Photos on line and reality were totally different.

central heating is not very warm. Not enough tissue, don't well-prepared. bed is too soft and small for 1 person shower curtain is too short, so the water went over the ground.
